General:2101) Admins cannot have relationships (friend, from same country...) to a playing team or player that he or she is administrating. This includes bad relationships.
2102) If the relationship is the same for both teams playing (etc. both teams from same country as admin), the game-admin will, if accepted by a head-admin, be able to admin the match.
2103) Admins are contacted through IRC and/or e-mail. Anything else can be denied by the admin.
2104) It's the head-admins responsibility to take care of match conflicts together with the involved players, teams and game-admins.
2105) Admins decisions are law and you shall always obey their decisions.
2106) Players can complain about an admin or their decisions to a head admin.
2107) Admins are not allowed to have private conversations with a player during a match.
